We are beyond excited to be able to share our love of yoga with all of you.
This doesn't mean we are taking things lightly though.
We will be implementing some changes until we are able to safely return
to our normal operating procedures.
We realize every one has an opinion and will do our very best to respect your wishes.
Please understand we have zero desire to be the mask police.
-We are too busy being the "other police"-
(this is ellen's sad attempt at humor)
So please follow the mask requirements as required by
the Governor and/or CDC.
We will follow CDC guidelines.
These guidelines change frequently so when they say a mask is required we will require them.
(everywhere but on your mat)

Masks must be worn everywhere in the studio but on your mat when recommended or required by CDC guidelines. Currently if you have been vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask.
What you decide to do on your mat is your business.
